Starting Over...75 Hard

Life happens to everyone, including me. Things get hard. We get off track. 

Today, I woke up at 165 lbs. (I'm 5'4", for reference.) That weight doesn't bother me, what bothers me is my body composition, the strength I've lost, and how I've let life get me off track. With that, I've decided that 75 Hard starts Monday. Yes, I could start today, because why wait, but I'm not prepared. I need groceries. I need a meal plan...

That doesn't mean I won't do anything today. I'll still workout. I'll eat well. I'm going to re-listen to the 75 Hard podcast. (Yes, I've tried it before.) The rest of this week will be about prep, getting myself ready for what's to come over the next 75 days, and setting myself up for success. So, while technically, I'm not starting the challenge today, I am starting today.
