75 Hard Eve: The Day Before Day 1 - Small Wins, Big Commitment

75 Hard Eve: The Day Before Day 1 - Small Wins, Big Commitment

Life doesn’t fall apart all at once. It happens slowly.
A missed workout here. Grabbing something quick instead of something intentional. Telling yourself you’ll get back on track tomorrow… and then not.

That’s how I got here, and I know that's true for a lot of other people too...

On April 2nd, I woke up at 165 lbs. and 34.4% body fat.
Not a shocking number. Not rock bottom.
But not aligned with who I am either.

Today—April 5th—I woke up at 164.4 lbs. and 34.2% body fat.

Nothing dramatic, but I'm already seeing progress. Small wins.

Tomorrow is Day 1 of 75 Hard.

And if I’m being honest… I’ve started this before.
I know what’s coming.

The time commitment.
The mental push.
The moments where it would be easier to skip, cut corners, or “just this once” my way out of it.

That’s exactly why this week mattered.

I didn’t just decide to start—I prepared.

I got groceries. I thought through my schedule. I made decisions ahead of time so I’m not negotiating with myself later.

Because that’s where most people lose—not in the big moments, but in the small ones where it’s easy to justify doing less.

Today wasn’t Day 1. But it wasn’t nothing either.

I moved.
I ate like someone who has goals.
I followed through on what I said I was going to do.

That matters, because discipline doesn’t magically show up tomorrow.
It’s already being built today.

I'm going back to the version of me that doesn’t quit when it gets inconvenient.

Tomorrow, it starts. If you're planning to follow along with me, and join me on my journey, I've listed the 75 Hard Guidelines below along with exactly what I'll be doing for each, all linked below. Who's ready to join me?
